With over two decades of experience, she has been instrumental in initiatives ranging from the launch of the UK’s first Business Improvement District to managing high-profile assets with Savills, Derwent London, and LandSec. As Director at JLL, Zoe oversaw European sector marketing across Retail & Leisure, Hotels, and Industrial & Logistics.

In 2019, she established Spaces to Places, a specialist consultancy in the flexible office sector. Today, her team delivers expert strategy, branding, and marketing support for clients such as Clockwise, The Boutique Workplace Company, Flex by Grosvenor, and multiple councils, landlords, and investors.
