A conversion-led website rebuild that turned a site with traffic but no enquiries into a live sales channel, delivering qualified enquiries within days of go-live.
The Challenge
Figflex had organic traffic, but it wasn’t converting. The previous site delivered no enquiries despite that traffic and a generic layout did nothing to set Figflex apart from larger competitors. Navigation across multiple locations and product types confused visitors, and there was no clear, friction-free path from browsing to enquiry. Demand was arriving and leaving without driving conversations.
The Strategy
To rebuild the site as a conversion engine, not a brochure. Figflex already had the visitors, so the priority was turning that existing demand into enquiries: a clear value proposition, a structure that guides people from browse to compare to enquire, and SEO foundations strong enough to keep high-intent traffic growing.
The Campaign
Figflex chose us for our flexspace expertise and our track record of rebuilding operator websites that convert. Because we understand how flex occupiers search and what moves them to make contact, we moved quickly from audit to a conversion-led architecture.
Our process
Channels: Website rebuild, conversion-led structure, technical SEO, on-page SEO, schema markup
We led with a clear value proposition above the fold and on every location page, so visitors understood the offer in seconds. The site was rebuilt around a simple browse, compare, enquire journey, with lightweight enquiry forms and prominent calls to action throughout. SEO foundations were rebuilt with dedicated location and service landing pages, supported by on-page schema and internal linking, so organic visibility kept building alongside conversion.
The results
Comparing the 90 days before launch (May to July 2025) with the 90 days to April 2026, organic search only, the new site changed the picture completely:
- Qualified enquiries within days of go-live, something the previous site had never delivered
- 22-fold increase in organic conversions: 2,770 in the 90 days to April, up from 128, on virtually unchanged traffic volume
- 51% expansion in keyword footprint: 523 ranked keywords in Google UK’s top 100, up from 346
- 3x improvement in authority rank: from around 600,000 to 191,000
- 6% rise in engaged sessions, reflecting higher-quality interactions
- Top 10 positions for high-intent commercial searches tied to location and product

In the client’s words
“Spaces to Places understood the flex market and our business from the first conversation. They rebuilt our website to convert, not just to look good, and the difference was immediate: enquiries started coming through within days, and our search visibility has kept growing since.”

The Spaces to Places method
Our method for website projects like Figflex’s is to fix conversion and search together. Traffic only pays off when the structure of the site guides visitors from browsing to enquiry, so we build for the journey, not just the look. Location and service pages give Google clear reasons to rank the brand for high-intent searches, while a friction-free enquiry path turns that visibility into conversations. The result is a website that works as a sales channel from day one.
