List of Coworking and Serviced Office Referral Schemes in the UK

Businesswoman whispering to coworker in modern coworking space
We’re always looking at what drives occupier acquisition in the flex sector. One of the most underrated channels? Your existing members.

Member referral schemes turn your happiest customers into your most effective salespeople. When someone who works in your coworking space or serviced office recommends you to a contact, it carries more weight than any marketing campaign. They know your service, your community, and what it’s really like to be a member.

Yet many coworking and flexible workspace operators either don’t have a referral scheme or forget to promote it to members.

We’ve compiled a list of UK coworking spaces and serviced office providers that are actively running member referral programmes. Click on a name below to find out more about each scheme.

What Makes a Great Referral Scheme?

Looking across these programmes, the most effective schemes share common features:
  • Dual-sided rewards: Work.Life and Fora both give something to the referee as well as the referrer. This transforms the referral from “help me earn money” to “I can get you a benefit.”
  • Cash options: Clockwise and BE Offices pay directly to your bank account. Members appreciate this more than rent credits.
  • Clear, simple terms: The best schemes can be explained in one paragraph. Complexity kills referrals.
  • Multiple tiers: Huckletree and Work.Life offer smaller rewards for coworking referrals, keeping members engaged even when they don’t know someone ready for a full office.
